Order Cancellation or Unwanted Goods


The Consumer Contracts Regulations gives you, the consumer, 14 days from the day your order is received to cancel your order. We ask for the goods to be returned in their original condition within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation. Notification can be made by sending an email to info@envilleales.com . A refund minus original delivery charge will be issued within 7 working days of us receiving the goods in a satisfactory condition. Please note that delivery charges to receive and/or return unwanted goods will not be refunded unless incorrect or damaged goods are received.


We recommend returning goods via tracked and/or signed for delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged on their return.


Damaged or Incorrect Goods


In the event that you receive damaged, faulty or incorrect goods, please send an email to info@envilleales.com with photographic evidence within 3 days of receiving the goods. A full refund (including shipping) or replacement goods shall be sent. In the event the goods are no longer in stock, a suitable replacement or full refund (including shipping) shall be given. 


Unsuccessful Delivery

Our courier APC will attempt delivery twice, and provide photographic evidence of any delivery attempts. In the event that both attempts are unsuccessful, a cost will be needed before a third attempt. If you do not wish to pay for a third attempt, you can arrange collection directly from the local depot which is holding your parcel. We can put you in touch with the depot. If neither of these options suits you, a refund minus the original delivery charge will be issued within 7 days of email confirmation of order cancellation.
